The ESE Programme.
16 weeks. Real change.
16 weeks. 14 roles. Real events. Real profits. Real climate action.
A complete classroom-to-event framework: students form a real Event Social Enterprise, fill 14 business roles, build the brand, sell tickets, secure sponsors, run the live show, and split the profit 75 / 25 with a climate project they choose.
Three Paths. One Purpose.
Every ESE team operates within one of three verticals. Each one teaches real business through a different lens.
MACC
Music & Arts Climate Challenge
Concerts, talent shows, battle of the bands, open mic nights, creative showcases. Your ESE team books the talent, sells the tickets, runs the production, and keeps the profits. This is the original Blastbeat vertical — where it all started 23 years ago.
FootBeat
Sports Enterprise
Tournaments, sports days, inter-school athletics, five-a-side leagues. The same ESE business model applied to sport. Students manage sponsorship, logistics, marketing, and revenue — turning athletic passion into entrepreneurial skill.
CAN — Climate Actions Now
Environmental Impact Projects
25% of all ESE profits are ring-fenced for student-designed climate projects. Tree planting, clean-ups, renewable energy workshops, awareness campaigns — students decide where the money goes. Real impact, locally and globally.

The Platform That Runs It All
Every student role comes with a tailored task list that unlocks phase by phase. The platform guides students through the programme — so teachers spend less time managing and more time mentoring.
Tasks Tailored to Your Role
Each of the 14 business roles has its own task set mapped across all programme phases. A CEO's tasks look nothing like a Marketing Manager's — because they shouldn't. Students only see tasks relevant to their role and the current phase.
- ✓ Phase-gated — tasks unlock as the programme progresses
- ✓ Teacher controls which phase the class is in
- ✓ AI mentor answers questions on any task, any time
QR Code Onboarding
Students join via a QR code on a printed letter — no app download, no email required. Guardian consent is handled automatically.
Impact Assessment
Pre and post assessments track student growth across five themes. Anonymised data export supports funding applications and impact reporting.
Your Money. Your Impact.
Every rand earned gets split transparently. Students keep the majority — and fund climate action with the rest.
